New Entry Rules for Foreign Visitors
As announced earlier this year, starting November 10th Canada will now require all visa-exempt foreign nationals who fly or transit through Canada to obtain an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA).

Who needs to apply for an eTA?
Permanent residents of the U.S. must apply for an eTA, Japanese Citizens and citizens of most European countries must apply; Do not wait until the last minute- apply NOW for your eTA, once it is secured it is valid for up to 5 years (or until passport expires). Some exceptions include U.S. citizens and travelers with a valid Canadian visa.
