Companies will be contacted by their JTB Client Development Manager to set up a JTBMarketPlace account. If you have not heard from JTB and would like to get started right away, please click here to get started with your account setup.
Once the company has registered with JTBMarketPlace, Travelers will receive a welcome email from JTB Business Travel with instructions to log in to JTBMarketPlace.com and set up a Traveler profile. With a JTB MarketPlace Traveler profile, Travelers can also take advantage of the ikoh Mobile App by visiting Google Play or the Apple store to download the App.
Yes. All Travelers will soon be managing their profile and trips through JTBMarketPlace.com and our new ikoh App – keep an eye out for an email from us detailing how to log in and get started.
Travelers have complete control of their data and better security. In addition, managing all your member program numbers in one place will ensure you get all your airline, car rental and hotel rewards program points and upgrades.
Yes, you still get the same excellent service you have always received from JTB. Clients can access Live24 customer service via chat messaging, email or phone.
