The service is being offered in collaboration with VisaHQ, which has teamed up with JTB to combine our respective traveler-centric technology and professional traveler assistance personnel.

With hundreds of different visa requirements being managed under a broad range of bureaucratic regimes, the process for securing a visa can be confusing and time consuming. Add in the potential problems that can arise through language translation and interaction with indifferent visa application staff, and the process can get downright painful.

JTB and VisaHQ will ease this burden by offering a one-stop solution for all of your world-wide visa needs. Our online platform allows companies, business travelers, and travel managers to easily review visa requirements for countries around the world, and apply for each needed visa by filling out secure online forms appropriate for each country. And, as the platform is online, it can be accessed anytime and just about anywhere for your expedited visa or U.S. passport needs.

This online program ensures that you include all required data and checks your forms for possible mistakes. After completing the online forms, some supporting documents and photos can be submitted via secure online uploads, while other supporting documentation, such as passport, will have to be mailed or otherwise delivered to the processing center.
