New Delta Route Offers Direct Service to Haneda
Travelers from Minneapolis-St. Paul and Los Angeles can now rejoice! It appears the US Transportation Department has approved the two new Delta routes to Haneda. Delta is introducing new daily nonstop service from these 2 cities directly to Tokyo-Haneda. Starting on October 29, Delta Air Lines will be the only U.S. based carrier to service both of Tokyo’s airports, Haneda and Narita.
What’s so great about the new Delta route?
Tokyo’s Haneda airport is located about 45 minutes closer to Central Tokyo than the more well-known and heavier trafficked Narita Airport. Travelers will save time and find this new Delta route more convenient to the city center. Those travelers transiting through Minneapolis-St. Paul will find convenient access to more than 110 connections throughout the US and around the world.
Delta’s new Tokyo-Haneda routes will feature the same superior product and services Delta’s customers have come to know and love. Services included are Westin Heavenly® In-flight bedding in Delta OneTM cabin, In-seat power, Upgraded Main Cabin meals and, of course, slippers. Together with the existing Delta Comfort+TM amenities, travelers can look forward to a direct and comfortable ride.
